Can Coffee Spice Up Your Sex Life?

How do you imagine your sex life in 2021? It was easier when you met your partner. Butterflies in the belly; adrenaline rush; a little rub-rub-rub under the table; long, long nights of phone sex did their job pretty well. Finally, leading you to a good night’s sleep.

But the game has changed now. Over time, the list of pressures and expectations to spice things up in the bedroom grows. And anyone looking for sexual satisfaction must master it.

But how do you do this? Are we adding more pressure to your list? Not really.

We take the pressure off and keep you on top of your game with a science-based fact. Giving you another reason to drink more cups of coffee per day.

Why? Let’s break it down.

Coffee fights erectile dysfunction

A study from the University of Texas Health Science Center suggested that men who drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee per day are less likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction.

But this advantage does not extend to chain choppers. The number of coffees you drink per day affects your sugar intake. Participants who drank more than 3 cups of coffee per day had a weaker association with report.

Along with a dose of caffeine, drinking coffee in the morning will give you a dose of antioxidants that can improve blood circulation – an important function in erectile dysfunction.

The caffeine it contains increases endurance

Do you see sex as a form of training? I mean, just like running, cycling, or swimming, it takes stamina, endurance, flexibility, and strength to have great sex.

Scientists and many athletes agree that consuming caffeine before a workout improves performance, improves focus, and reduces fatigue. The same theory applies to sex.

Its aroma eliminates stress

Stress, anxiety and fatigue are the perfect ingredients for decreased libido and erectile dysfunction. But research suggests that the delicious aroma of coffee reduces stress.

It is found that long periods of stress can alter your body biologically, resulting in lower levels of testosterone, the key to the sex hormone. So less stress, better sex.

Waking up to the smell of coffee

After a night full of passion, love and admiration, waking up to the sun filtering through the curtains and the smell of freshly brewed coffee will only penetrate your partner’s senses.

The Bottomline

Keep in mind that when we say caffeine is good for your sex life, we are not talking about soda, soda, and super sweet versions of coffee. We also do not recommend more than 3 cups of coffee per day, as it could be harmful to your health.

But it is surely the drink of the Olympians and its motive is to give you a boost of energy. You might as well use up your beer for good!
