Tia-Clair Toomey, “World’s Fittest Woman,” Reveals Exact 2,900 Calorie Diet
Tia-Clair Toomey is CrossFit’s “fittest woman in the world”. She’s won the last four CrossFit Games, and this month she’s aiming for her fifth title.
If she is victorious, she will equal Mat Fraser’s men’s record, but as we know from her training regimen, that kind of supremacy doesn’t come without a lot of hard work and dedication.
Speaking on her YouTube channel, Toomey revealed everything she ate in the run-up to the 2021 Games, and it’s fair to say that when it comes to her diet, she puts the work in. “You’ll see how much I really have to eat and really strain during this time when I’m training and my body needs a lot of energy,” Toomey said.
Breakfast # 1 – 455 Calories
Toomey usually wakes up around 7:30 am on training days, and after drinking some water, she will have her first breakfast of the day.
Breakfast number one consists of a cup (128g) of oatmeal, 40g of blueberries, a banana and a tablespoon of honey. “It’s something that I like to eat before. I feel satisfied and I feel like I have the right amount of energy for my session,” Toomey said.

“I figured if I had two bagels and eggs on both, I wouldn’t be satisfied,” Toomey said, “so that little bit of sweetness with the peanut butter and jam gives me that satisfaction. end of my meal, but I know I am eating healthy and getting everything in my meal as well. ”

During Toomey’s afternoon weight training session, she says she’s consuming two Fuel For Fire protein smoothies, and that she will, whether she’s hungry or not. “Even though I’m not hungry I just make sure I have two and it just gives me a little extra energy so I never get to a point where I feel exhausted”, a- she declared.
Throughout his session. Toomey also drinks a vegan protein shake, mixed with water, then will eat a lunch of kidney beans, carrots, and tamarind with basmati rice.
Dinner – 598 calories
For dinner, Toomey likes to mix up her protein sources, so she will eat either red meat, white meat or, as in the video, a fish, like salmon, which she mixes with leftover rice and vegetables.
“I eat a lot more protein in my meal tonight, compared to what I ate throughout the day, which was mostly carbohydrate-based,” Toomey said.
In total, Toomey eats about 2,900 calories per workout day, which includes his meals, snacks, and supplements. “It allows me to have the right amount of energy, to feel really, really good, and to nourish my body the best that I can,” she said.
