Ultimate Sports, Inc. (OTC: USPS) Enters Negotiations to Acquire Licensed Cannabis Producer… |
The Company will enter into agreements with Sannabis SAS and Affiliate View Systems, Inc. (OTC: VSYM) to acquire its stake in Sannabis
Indiana-USA and Cali-Colombia, June 22, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Ultimate Sports, Inc. (OTC: USPS) (the “Company”), a provider of men’s health services, announces negotiations to acquire Sannabis SAS, a Colombian cannabis company. Sannabis and its affiliates hold all four cannabis licenses: Seed Use, THC Cultivation, THC-Free Cultivation (Hemp) and Manufacture/Export. Copies of the 4 licenses available on https://www.sannabis.co/nuestras-licencias
Ultimate Sports, Inc. will acquire Sannabis SAS and initiate a name change upon closing. Colombia has become the number one supplier of cannabis in the world and continues to benefit from the international movement towards the legalization of cannabis. Sannabis has developed a product that they believe could be prescribed by US physicians under the company’s current business model.
View Systems, Inc. (OTC: VSYM), developer of the ViewScan concealed weapons detector, and Sannabis have established an effective memorandum of understanding allowing VSYM to acquire Sannabis. View Systems has decided that its stake in Sannabis is better placed in a stake in USPS, which will acquire Sannabis. Final terms have not been decided and will be announced at a later date. What should be clear is that the stake is designed to empower View Systems to manufacture new and improved ViewScans to be installed in schools across the country. View Systems, Inc. has seen an increase in inquiries with the recent school shootings. View Systems has been securing high schools for over 10 years, here is an ABC News clip of ViewScan detecting a student with 2 guns, https://www.wxyz.com/news/region/detroit/mumford-high-school-student-faces-charges-after-guards-find-gun-in-his-backpack
ViewScan is a passage gate that detects weapons without the need to empty pockets, for schools with thousands of students it is by far the most effective solution. Some schools in NYC use conventional metal detectors where students have to empty their pockets, causing long lines. When a student or visitor passes through the portal, a photograph is taken by the integrated camera system and stored. Threatening objects are located visually on a computer screen and send an audible alert to on-site or remote security personnel. To learn more about ViewScan, visit www.viewsystems.com
View Systems believes they can capitalize on their goodwill and track record when approaching new and existing school districts for new facilities. The ViewScan praised in the 2019 clip was installed in 2011, along with 70 others in Detroit high schools that are still in use today. View Systems thinks they can approach these school districts to switch to wireless units. Fortunately, school safety is a top concern for most governors across the country with increased budgets and grants available to localities.
View Systems, Inc. is finalizing its 2020 and 2021 audit reviews to be current with its SEC filings with more disclosures.
Sannabis manufactures products and has hired a marketing company to launch an aggressive sales campaign in Colombia. While they build their cultivation and manufacturing facilities, they buy raw materials from a reputable licensed supplier and use third-party labs.
Sannabis doctors are on call for telemedicine or office visits. Sannabis Wellness Centers offer the only legal way to obtain raw cannabis in Colombia, where there are no dispensaries. They will franchise their business model to all cities in Colombia to provide responsible medical cannabis users with a safe place to learn how to grow and store a traceable plant. The Sannabis Wellness Center offers a 4-session course that certifies the producer and issues them with a Sannabis Producer Card. Several municipalities are in favor of this economic model to reduce crime and not feed the black market. For more information, visit https://oferta.sannabis.co/curso-de-autocultivo
Ultimate Sports, Inc. will continue to expand its men’s health services business and integrate Sannabis men’s wellness products. The company will share more details in the very near future.

About Sannabis SAS
The roots of sannabis began in Colombia in 1996 when his partner, Juan Paulo Guzman, inspired by European initiatives, began to investigate the use of industrial cannabis. This was during a period of unrest when left-wing guerrillas were in constant battle with the Colombian army. Ironically, the industrial use of cannabis was a topic for which both sides were sympathetic, and both allowed Mr. Guzman access to the Cauca Mountains to grow cannabis. A timeline can be seen at https://www.tallerlibre.org/historia In 2014, Mr. Guzman partnered with New Colombia Resources, Inc. (NCR) to form Sannabis SAS to develop a medical marijuana business. At the time, NCR President John Campo was making headlines promoting a movement to legalize cannabis in Colombia, https://www.semana.com/medicamentos-legales-derivados-del-cannabis-marihuana/199474/ From there, Sannabis was trained to work with the indigenous tribes of the war-torn department of Cauca to help them cultivate their native plant and turn it into medicinal products. A constitutional sentence allowed native tribes to cultivate and process their native plants, such as cannabis, into finished products. For more information, visit www.sannabis.co.
