He also showed her the tapes leading up to the crime which she said hypnotized her to stay calm during the robbery.
Once they secured the $ 2.5 million, Tallchief and Solis fled the United States and ended up settling in the Netherlands, where they formally separated when Tallchief realized that Solis was not there. ‘used that as a means to an end.
What happened after the theft?
After escaping to the Netherlands, Tallchief had a son. On September 15, 2005, twelve years after the heist, Tallchief surrendered and ended her life as a fugitive. At the end of the documentary, viewers learn that Tallchief served 63 months in prison and was ordered to pay back more than $ 2.9 million to Loomis. Her ex-boyfriend Roberto Solis has never been found.
